Architect
The successful candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail with a proven track record of delivering design-led residential projects.
The position would suit a highly motivated and committed individual who is continuously striving to push the boundaries of design and creative expression whilst being able to remain sympathetic to the needs of the project.
Skills and experience:
minimum of two years’ experience post RIBA Part 3 qualification
client-facing and coordination experience delivering projects within UK residential architecture
efficient and highly organised, with good managerial skills and attention to detail
ability to produce high-quality design whilst understanding client’s needs based on factors such as budget, the site context and materiality and finishes
adept at identifying potential issues and problem-solving
excellent presentational skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly to colleagues and clients
proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Mac OS Operating Systems
excellent technical capabilities with sound knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
The successful candidate will be a detail orientated individual with a particular interest in well crafted, design led architecture.
Must be proficient in Autodesk AutoCad, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Mac OS Operating Systems.
Relevant experience in the UK residential sector is also preferable, with understanding of planning and regulation requirements.

Salary will be based on experience and in line with RIBA guidelines.
