The proposals include the formation of a two-storey rear extension, garden studio and landscaping.
The addition firstly meant the lower apartment could be reconfigured to form a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms with rooms of appropriate and proportionate scale with one another. Above this the upper apartment kitchen was remodelled and extended into the new modern style conservatory addition. The new garden studio and sunken courtyard complete the transformation.
